The first time a friend told me there was a bar behind a snack stall at Resorts World, I assumed she had the wrong property. She did not. Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den sits inside Famous Foods Street Eats, behind a wall that opens up in the evening, and most people walking past with noodles have no idea it is there.
What makes it work is that it does not act exclusive about it. You walk up, you say you would like to go in, and if there is room they take you back. That is the whole ritual.
Inside it is small, low-lit, and built around the bar. Think Japanese listening bar rather than Vegas lounge, with vinyl on the turntables on Friday nights and a bartender who would rather ask you five questions than hand you a menu.
What to know before you go
Inside Famous Foods Street Eats at Resorts World Las Vegas, 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd. Look for the small shop stall; the wall beside it is the door.
Doors generally open around 5pm and the room runs late, later on Friday and Saturday. Hours move around, so check the Resorts World site the day you go.
There is no password. Tell the staff at the stall you want the lounge and they walk you back if there is space.
There is typically a drink minimum per person instead of a cover charge. Staff tell you up front before you sit.
No formal dress code, but the room reads a little dressed up. Skip the pool clothes and you are fine.

From the Resorts World casino floor, follow signs to Famous Foods Street Eats. It is the big food hall with the stall-style vendors.
Find the little shop
Look for the small retail stall selling Japanese snacks and plush toys. It looks like a gift stand, not a bar.
Say you want the lounge
Tell the staff member standing nearby that you are there for the Vice Den. No password, no code word needed.
Walk through the wall
A section of wall opens and you step into the lounge. Do not be shy about it, this is the intended entrance.

Do I need a reservation?
No. It is walk-in, subject to space. On a busy weekend night you may wait, or be turned away if the room is full, so going earlier in the evening helps.
Is there a password?
There is not. The theater is in the hidden door, not the entry ritual. Just ask the staff at the stall.

No cover. There is usually a per-person drink minimum instead, and staff tell you before you are seated.
