Doberman Drawing Room opened in the Arts District in April 2025 from Corner Bar Management, the same team behind The Laundry Room. Mixologist Juyoung Kang, previously of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, leads a globally inspired cocktail program in a room designed to feel like a 19th-century salon, eclectic furnishings, live entertainment, and a genuinely social atmosphere.
What sets Doberman apart is the membership angle. It welcomes walk-ins and reservations as space allows, but it also offers an application-based membership for guests who want guaranteed seating and a more curated crowd.
