This one hides in plain sight inside Resorts World, back near the Famous Foods hall. There’s no sign and no cover — just a hidden door and a low-lit lounge with plush booths that feels a world away from the casino floor a few steps behind you. The cocktail list leans into spirit-forward, sippable builds, and the bartenders are happy to riff if you tell them what you like. It’s a sink-in-and-stay kind of room, not a club. Tip: Look for the tucked-away door behind the food hall; hours and menus shift seasonally, so check the official site before you go.

Ghost Donkey

Hidden off the Block 16 food hall at The Cosmopolitan, Ghost Donkey is a tiny mezcal-and-tequila bar with a moody, string-lit, red-glow feel. The entrance is famously a little gray door with a small donkey sticker on it — push it open and you’re in. It’s a mezcal-lover’s happy place, and the truffle nachos have a well-earned local following. Seating is limited and there’s no reservation system. Tip: Come early or expect a wait; ask for a mezcal flight if you want to taste your way through the list.

Ski Lodge at Superfrico

Tucked inside Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan, the Ski Lodge is exactly what it sounds like — a cozy, wood-paneled alpine hideaway with faux snow and a fireplace, dropped right in the middle of the desert. It’s intimate and a little theatrical, which is the whole point at a Spiegelworld spot. Cocktails come with warm, snacky bites that make it easy to linger. Tip: It’s small and reservation-friendly, so book ahead through the official site rather than counting on a walk-in.

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails

This is one of my favorite “you’d never guess” doors on the Strip. Out front it’s a working barbershop; walk to the back and slip through, and you land in a dark, brassy cocktail lounge with live music most nights. It hits that classic speakeasy note — hidden entrance, strong drinks, a little jazz or blues in the corner. Tip: Check the shows calendar on the official site; the live music nights are the ones I’d plan around.

Nomikai

Nomikai is a newer addition on Restaurant Row at The Venetian — a sushi spot with an intimate speakeasy tucked into it. The hidden lounge is dim, moody, and much quieter than the Strip just outside, which makes it a great date-night stop when you want sushi and a serious cocktail in the same visit. The space is small, so it fills fast. Tip: Reserve ahead, especially on weekends, and confirm current hours on the official site.

The Lock Speakeasy

This is the most interactive one on the list. On the lower level of Horseshoe, behind the Cabinet of Curiosities lounge, there’s a vault door and a “locksmith” who hands you a riddle or puzzle before you’re allowed through. Solve it and you’re in a hidden cocktail room — it’s a puzzle bar first and a lounge second, and it’s a genuinely fun thing to do with a group. Tip: Grab a drink in the Cabinet first, then ask to move over to The Lock; reservations for small groups are available through the official site.

The Laundry Room

The Laundry Room is the original grande dame of Vegas speakeasies — a tiny hidden bar behind Commonwealth on Fremont East, seating only a handful of guests at a time. It takes the craft-cocktail thing seriously, and part of the charm is how deliberately exclusive and small it is. Because there are so few seats, you can’t just wander in off the street. Tip: Book through their official reservation system before you head down, and go in ready to trust the bartender’s recommendations.

CC Speakeasy at Craft Creamery

From the street this looks like a regular ice cream shop, and it is — but walk to the back and there’s an unmarked freezer door that opens into a low-lit, mid-century lounge with deep green walls and arched doorways. It’s one of the Arts District’s most charming secrets, and honestly the ice-cream-shop-front never gets old. Tip: Tell the counter staff you’re there for “CC,” and if it’s busy, grab a scoop while you wait for a table to open up.

Doberman Drawing Room

One of the newer additions to the Arts District, Doberman Drawing Room leans arty and inventive — surreal decor and cocktails built to feel like little stories rather than just drinks. It’s a place to slow down, chat with the bartenders about what they’re pouring, and let them steer you toward something you wouldn’t have ordered on your own. Tip: Weeknights are calmer and easier to get into; reservations are available if you’d rather not chance it.

Datamosh at Omega Mart

This one’s the wild card. Datamosh is a bar hidden inside Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart at AREA15, so getting in means buying into the immersive experience first, then wandering through the surreal art — fake freezers, hidden doors, no signs — until you stumble onto it. The cocktails match the setting, with theatrical touches like smoke bubbles and atomizers. It’s as much an art adventure as a drink. Tip: Give yourself plenty of time to explore Omega Mart first, and go on a quieter night so the maze feels like a discovery, not a crowd.
