SUSHISAMBA is one of my go-to picks when a group can’t agree on what kind of food they’re in the mood for, because it genuinely covers three cuisines at once. It sits up on the second level of the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, and the whole room hums with energy from the moment you walk in. I always tell people to order family style here. Half the fun is passing plates around the table.

Three Cuisines, One Loud, Colorful Room
The menu blends Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cooking, and the room matches the energy of the food, bright, buzzy, and never quiet. Bright cocktails, shareable plates, and a soundtrack that keeps things moving make it feel more like a night out than a sit-down dinner.
Order Family Style
Signature rolls, ceviche, robata-grilled meats and seafood, and a wagyu program all show up on the menu, along with a Peruvian-leaning seafood stew and a Japanese-style ramen. My advice: skip trying to each pick your own entree and order a spread of plates for the table instead. It is built for sharing.

Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 11:30am to midnight. Friday and Saturday, 11:30am to 1am.
Dress code: Smart casual. Beachwear, flip-flops, athletic wear, and slides are asked to stay home, otherwise dress to have fun.
Reservations: Recommended, especially on weekend evenings. Book online or call ahead directly.
