Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan: What to Know Before You Go

Spiegelworld’s Italian American Psychedelic restaurant, where performers weave through an art-crammed room all night long.

Superfrico is genuinely unlike anywhere else on the Strip, and I mean that as the highest compliment. The first time I walked through, I honestly did not know where to look first, the ceiling, the walls, or the performer who had somehow ended up next to our table. It is my go-to answer whenever someone tells me they want a birthday dinner that feels like an event, not just a meal.

The Vibe

A Spiegelworld Production

Dinner Is the Show

Every wall, lounge, and corner of Superfrico is themed and art-crammed, and performers weave through the room all night without any separate ticket or showtime. It bills itself as the ultimate house party, and it earns that. No tickets required, you just show up hungry and let the room do the rest.

What to Order

The Table Favorites

Mortadella Pizza and Tableside Mozzarella

Start with the Mortadella Pizza and the tableside mozzarella, both built for sharing and both a little bit of theater on their own. The spicy soppressata meatballs are worth adding to any birthday order too, they disappear fast.

Mains

Chicken Parm and Branzino Piccata

The chicken parm is the classic Italian American comfort pick, while the branzino piccata is the lighter, brighter choice if your table wants seafood. Both hold up well as the centerpiece of a celebration dinner.
