Pair It With Fremont StreetPark on Fremont is one of my favorite ways to start a Downtown night out. I love sitting out on that patio under the string lights while someone in our group takes their turn on the seesaw, it never fails to get people laughing before the food even shows up. It is a relaxed, playful choice for a birthday, and it puts you a short walk from the Fremont Street Experience for whatever comes next.

The Vibe
Industrial Chic Meets Garden Patio
The indoor space leans eclectic and colorful, but the real draw is the patio out back, a lush little oasis with string lights, plants, a fireplace, and yes, a seesaw. It is a great casual pick for a downtown birthday, especially before a wander down Fremont Street.
What to Order
Gourmet Burgers and Shareable Plates
The 5050 Burger is the one most tables order, and the sliders and other shareables make it easy to build a spread for a group. If you are there for brunch, the chicken and waffles is worth grabbing too.
Elderflower Empress and Scratch Bloody Marys
The Elderflower Empress is a good starting point if you are not sure what to order, and the Bloody Marys are a favorite during weekend happy hour. Both fit the whimsical mood of the whole place.

Park on Fremont
Where: 506 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Hours: Thursday and Friday 6pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am to 10pm. Closed Monday through Wednesday, so plan your visit around that.
Reservations: Recommended for weekend evenings and for larger birthday groups. You can book through their online reservation system, and it is worth calling ahead at (702) 376-0177 if you want the patio.
