The Mayfair is Bellagio’s reimagined supper club concept, and it plays out over the course of the meal as a theatrical dinner experience: live performance, singing, and dancing woven between courses. The room reopened in late 2025 with a new fountainside production, so it is genuinely current, not a leftover show. Expect the room itself to feel dressy and glamorous, the kind of place that makes an occasion feel like one.

Save Room for the Baked Alaska

The menu leans American steak and seafood, but the reason this is on my birthday list is the flaming Baked Alaska. It arrives tableside on fire, which is exactly the kind of moment you want when you’re celebrating. Ask your server to time it for the birthday toast.

Address, Hours, and Dress Code

Inside Bellagio, 3600 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Hours run Sunday through Thursday 5:00 to 10:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday 5:30 to 11:00 PM. Dress is dressy and elegant for ladies, and a jacket is recommended (though not required) for gentlemen; tank tops and open-toe shoes for gentlemen are not permitted.

Reservations are required and this room fills up, so book ahead, especially on weekends. Dinner runs about two hours and every guest at the table participates in the full dinner service. My tip: request a window table facing the Bellagio fountains when you call or book online.
