The main intention was to build unique homes but ones that were affordable. The homes are standard, and most of them are built in a 12 by 12m imprint. For the homes to look unique, they decided to give them the best custom look. They also decided to rotate the footprints and use three designs as their rooftops. These designs are; Butterfly roofs, Ranch roofs, Plate roof lines. The homes also have unique decorative block work with stone screens and then finished in sanded stucco. Paradise Palm estate is surrounded by several unique features and recreation center. The Las Vegas National Golf Club is adjacent to theis community and those that back up to the golf course are larger homes ranging from about 3000 square feet to 5000 square feet in size.
