I have lived in Las Vegas since I was five, and I love that Summerlin has a spot like La Strega, where you get real Italian cooking without needing to drive toward the Strip. Chef Gina Marinelli built her career alongside some of this city’s most respected kitchens, and it shows in every plate. It is one of my favorite intimate birthday picks in the neighborhood.
