It’s my pick when a birthday dinner needs to feel dependable and a little classic, right in the middle of the Strip at the Forum Shops.

What to Expect
A Reliable, Grown-Up Room
This is the Las Vegas outpost of the original Miami Beach Joe’s Stone Crab, a partnership with Lettuce Entertain You, so the pedigree is real. Expect a polished, comfortable dining room inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, the kind of place where the servers anticipate what you need before you ask.
Stone Crab First, Key Lime Pie Last
The Florida stone crab claws are hand harvested one claw at a time and flown in fresh, and they are the reason people make the trip. Steaks are hand-carved by master butchers. For dessert, the key lime pie is the quiet star of the menu. It is easy to overlook next to the stone crab, so make sure someone at the table orders it.
Address, Hours, and Dress Code
Inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Lunch runs daily 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Dinner runs Sunday through Thursday 4:00 to 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday 4:00 to 10:00 PM.
Dress is casual. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekend dinner, and can be booked online.
