Fogo de Chão Las Vegas: Brazilian Steakhouse, Now at Two Locations
Endless fire-roasted cuts carved right at your table until you flip your card to red and surrender.
Find Things to Do NearbyFogo de Chão has been one of my go-to birthday recommendations for years, and now it’s even easier to get to since a second location opened inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian in March 2026, joining the original spot near Flamingo Road. It’s the kind of meal where the gauchos keep coming around the table with skewer after skewer of fire-roasted meat until you’re the one who has to call it. If your group can’t agree on one thing to order, this solves that problem completely.

The Vibe
A Full Experience, Not Just a Meal
Fogo de Chão is a full churrascaria experience, gauchos in traditional dress circle the room with skewers, and the whole thing is built around warm, attentive hospitality. The original location near Flamingo Road has that classic steakhouse feel, while the new Grand Canal Shoppes location at The Venetian is a multi-level space that fits right into the Strip’s most upscale shopping corridor. Both are a great fit for a group birthday dinner where everyone wants something different.
What to Order
Endless Fire-Roasted Cuts
Once you flip your table card to green, the parade of meat begins, classic Brazilian cuts like picanha (top sirloin) and fraldinha (bottom sirloin), carved tableside for as long as you want it to continue. Pace yourself early, because it genuinely doesn’t stop until you flip the card to red.
Don’t Fill Up at the Market Table
The Market Table is a full spread of salads and Brazilian sides, and it’s tempting to load your plate before the meat even starts. Take a light first pass, save your appetite, and let the gauchos do the rest. It’s one of the easiest ways to get more out of your visit.
Before You Go
Locations, Hours, and Reservations
Original location: 360 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169, near the Hughes Center.
New location (opened March 2026): 3377 S Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 2087, Las Vegas, NV 89109, inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian.
Hours (both locations): Dinner Monday through Thursday 3pm to 10pm, Friday 3pm to 10:30pm, Saturday 2pm to 10:30pm, and Sunday 2pm to 9pm. Lunch runs Monday through Friday 11:30am to 3pm, with weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday 11:30am to 2pm, plus an all-day happy hour every day. Hours can shift around holidays, so it’s worth checking before you go.
Reservations: Recommended, especially for a birthday group. Book online, and note that parties larger than 14 need to go through group dining instead of a standard reservation.
This is one of my 39 favorite spots in my Las Vegas birthday dinner guide, and now that there are two locations, it’s an even easier pick no matter which end of the Strip your group is staying on.
Make a Night of the Venetian
Something fun to pair with dinner at the new Grand Canal Shoppes location.
PanIQ Escape Room & Lounge, Venetian Resort Las Vegas
A well-rated escape room inside the same resort as the new Fogo de Chão location, a fun way to spend an hour before or after your table’s meat coma sets in.
