Catch at ARIA: What to Know Before You Go

A seafood-forward restaurant where the entrance alone is worth the reservation, and dessert comes with a mallet.

Catch is one of those restaurants where the mood is set before you even sit down. You walk in through a tunnel of hanging flowers, and by the time you reach the table you already feel like something special is about to happen. I love bringing people here for a birthday, because the dessert is basically built for celebrating.

The Vibe

A Tunnel of Flowers, Then a Whole New Room

Catch sits inside ARIA, and the walk into the dining room is part of the experience, a passage of hanging greenery and flowers that shifts the whole mood before your first bite. Inside, it is lively and a little theatrical, a seafood-forward menu served in a space that feels more like an event than a routine dinner out.

What to Order

The Hit Me Dessert

The menu leans into creative, shareable seafood and sushi-forward plates, but the dessert everyone comes for is the Hit Me: a chocolate sphere the table cracks open together with a mallet while everyone films it. If you are celebrating, mention the birthday when you book so the team knows to make a moment of it.

Before You Go

Address, Hours & Reservations

Where: Inside ARIA Resort & Casino, 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158.

Hours: Dinner is served nightly from 5pm to 10:30pm. Confirm the current schedule when you book, since resort restaurant hours can shift around holidays and events.

Dress code: Smart casual and resort-chic. Dresses, skirts, blouses, and collared shirts all fit right in.

Reservations: Recommended, especially on weekends and for larger groups. Book online, or call the restaurant directly if your preferred time is not available. Note that children must be at least 6 to dine, and guests under 21 are not seated after 10pm.

This is one of my 39 favorite spots in my Las Vegas birthday dinner guide, and the entrance alone makes it worth the trip.

Thinking about moving to Las Vegas?

Between the dining, the shows, and the year-round sunshine, it is easy to fall for this city. If you are curious what your home could be worth here or just want to talk through a move, I would love to help.
