The Capital Grille is the one I recommend when a birthday dinner needs to feel a little more grown up, a little more polished. It sits inside Fashion Show mall with big windows looking out toward the Wynn and Resorts World, and the room has that classic clubby steakhouse feeling without ever getting stuffy. Clubby, classic, quietly polished
Dark wood, impeccably set tables, and a wall of windows with some of the best Strip views around, stretching toward the Wynn and Resorts World. The service here is the kind that notices the small things without making a fuss about it, which is exactly what you want for a birthday toast.
Steaks, the lobster mac, and that cheesecake
This is a dry-aged steak menu through and through, and the lobster mac and cheese is one of the best starters on the table. Ask about the off-menu French dip made with sliced ribeye if you want a local secret to order.
The birthday move: the brulee-style cheesecake with fresh berries is iconic here, and it is the dessert I always tell people to save room for.
