Datamosh: A Bar Hidden Inside Omega Mart
I’ve lived here since I was five, and Datamosh is the wildest card on this entire list, a cocktail bar buried somewhere inside Meow Wolf’s surreal Omega Mart installation at AREA15, west of the Strip.
Omega Mart looks like a grocery store from the outside, and for the first few minutes inside, it still looks like one, aisles, shelves, products. Then you notice the products are wrong. Crying Onion Chips. Tattooed Chicken. An energy drink called Dr. Supervisor. Open doors, climb stairs, and look around corners, and the “store” unfolds into an alternate-reality art installation with hundreds of rooms and an elaborate puzzle running through the whole thing.
Datamosh is the speakeasy hidden inside that experience, ordering theatrical cocktails like the Old Fashioned Spray and Happle Juice while surrounded by the same surreal, glitched-out visual language as the rest of the installation. It’s less about finding a single hidden door and more about the whole journey, which makes it feel like as much an art adventure as a drink.
Give yourself real time to explore first
Datamosh isn’t marked on any map inside Omega Mart, part of the fun is stumbling onto it while exploring. Budget at least an hour for the installation before you expect to find the bar, and go on a quieter night if you want the discovery to feel unhurried.

Requires a paid Omega Mart admission ticket; the bar isn’t accessible without it

Groups who want an experience first and a drink second
How the night actually works
Buy Omega Mart admission
This is required before you can access any part of the installation, including Datamosh.
Start exploring the grocery store
The strange products are your first clue that this isn’t a normal shopping trip.
Follow the doors and stairways
The installation opens into dozens of connected rooms; the bar isn’t marked, so wander with intention.
Order something theatrical
Datamosh’s cocktails lean into smoke, spray, and visual effects that match the installation’s glitch-art style.
This is the one that isn’t really a speakeasy in the traditional sense, it’s a full art adventure that happens to end at a bar.
