Town Square used to be the little known locals secret at the end of the strip on the east side of town. As time slips by this little piece of paradise is turning into a fully fledged shopping center complete with all of your favorite boutique stores, tech stores, parks, clubs, and of course restaurants. The newest restaurant to join the family that includes Millers Ale House, Blue Martini, The Yard House, and several others at Town Square is Flemings Steak House.

Now, if you live on the Westside of town Flemings Steak House is old news, but for those on the east side of town this is quite a big deal. Flemings Steakhouse and Wine Bar has been a part of Summerlin for years now but the eastside finally gets to save a little gas in order to enjoy some of the valley’s best steak and dining. Flemings at Town Square is located at 6515 S Las Vegas Blvd and is known as one of the finest steak houses in the valley. That is saying a lot for Las Vegas which boasts some of the best steak houses in the nation.  The best part about Flemings though, is that whether in Summerlin or at Town Square, you do not have to fight the strip or the strip traffic in order to enjoy food that is on par with some of the best in the world.

Flemings has many different menu options to choose from and many different options as far as happy hours and specials go. Happy Hour goes from 5 to 7 and during happy hour Flemings Steak House offers five different cocktails. Five different wines are also available for six dollars per glass although there are over 100 wines to choose from. There are also beer specials if you don’t feel like a cocktail or glass of wine. During happy hour two Widmer Bros IPA Series beers can be yours for just six dollars.

If you are hungry for something before your steak dinner Flemings Steak House offers a variety of appetizers. All of the appetizers are priced at six dollars. You can try anything from Baked Brie to Pork Belly. There are several appetizers on the list. One of the best deals of the house is that you can even get a Prime Burger with Cheese or Bacon for just six dollars. This is better than anything you will find on the strip. Remember though, that is only during happy hour.

Right now Flemings is growing in popularity and is always the case when something new opens, it is pretty busy. Flemings suggests that if you want to get a seat at the bar for happy hour that you get there around five o’clock rather than later and closer to the end of happy hour.

Another tip is to make reservations. Of course you can’t make reservations for happy hour, but you can make reservations for dinner and this is highly recommend especially during the next few months while Flemings at Town Square is still a new and super popular place to be seen.

When you do go to Flemings Steak House for your steak dinner you might as well make a night of it. Go early for happy hour and make sure you have a reservation for dinner. Don’t eat too many appetizers because you will want to save room for their savory steak. No matter what you choose you are sure to be in for a treat. One of their prime signature dishes is their Filet. It is said to basically melt in your mouth with your choice of many different side dishes. If you don’t want the Filet you can try their Prime Rib or one of many other signature dishes. Then after a great meal that included everything from drinks to dinner you wouldn’t want to leave with a piece of Fleming’s delicious cheesecake that crumbles in your mouth with a sweet graham cracker crust.  Even if you have to take it home in a box it is part of the journey and not something you want to miss.
