John S. Park Historic District

John S. Park Historic District is a neighborhood in downtown Las Vegas made up of two subdivisions: The Park Place Addition and Vega Verde. The historic district is named for John S. Park who arrived in Las Vegas in 1907. This area is referred to as area 301 South by Las Vegas Real Estate Agents and is in the zip code 89104.
