Within the Tiburon subdivision lay the 150 homes of Granda Hills, built between 1996 and 2003. Residents will enjoy the cozy homes starting at 2200 square feet, while bigger groups or those who desire more space have larger floor plan options, up to 4500 square feet.

The homes in Granada Hills were constructed by Rhodes Homes, a popular home building company in the Valley. The community is bordered by West Tropicana to the south, and less than a mile from the SR 215 beltway, making commutes to other areas of the Valley easy.
Behind the guarded gate, neighborhood roads are lined with sidewalks, wide enough for joggers, strollers, and bikes.
Features
Many houses in Granada Hills have open floor plans on the main level, with wide staircases and open halls on the second story. Finishes are high-end, either burnished metal or stainless steel, and many homes have hardwood floors in the common areas. Kitchens are luxe, with quartz or granite counters and custom cabinetry.
Expect to see professional grade appliances in many homes. Although Granda Hills is secured behind a guarded gate, many homes have been retrofitted with smart home security systems.
