Homes for Sale in Whisper Peak
A gated Century Communities neighborhood inside Skye Canyon, with two home series and access to a private park and the master plan’s full amenity network.
What Whisper Peak Is Actually Like
The short version, then the details.
Whisper Peak is a gated neighborhood inside Skye Canyon, built by Century Communities and known for its quiet streets and well established feel within the broader master plan.
Century Communities opened Whisper Peak alongside its sister neighborhood Alpine Crossings, both near Eagle Canyon Park, in one of Skye Canyon’s earliest grand openings. The homes here come in two series, Aspen and Tahoe, giving buyers a real range of layouts without leaving one gated community.
I grew up in Northwest Las Vegas and raised my kids in Summerlin, so I’ve watched Skye Canyon grow from an empty stretch of desert into one of the most active master plans on this side of the valley. Whisper Peak was one of the first neighborhoods to open here, and it still holds up well.
The Homes
Two series, seven floor plans, all two story.
The Aspen Series covers four floor plans from 1,731 to 2,259 square feet, while the Tahoe Series covers three larger plans from 2,374 to 2,870 square feet.
Homes here were built with Century’s signature standard features, including granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and cultured marble bathrooms, with most plans offering 3 to 5 bedrooms and options like lofts or a fourth bedroom.

Worth knowing: Skye Canyon sits near some of the valley’s best outdoor recreation, with Floyd Lamb Park and the Spring Mountains both within reach.
