Homes for Sale in Southfork
A gated, master planned community in Henderson with the McCullough Mountain range as a backdrop, dating back to 1996.
What Southfork Is Actually Like
The short version, then the details.
Southfork is a gated, master planned community in Henderson, built out starting in 1996 with the McCullough Mountain range rising to the southeast.
The community mixes natural beauty with suburban convenience. Grocery stores like Smith’s and Trader Joe’s sit close by, and The District at Green Valley Ranch, with its upscale dining and shops, is about 2 miles north.
I’ve been in Las Vegas since I was five, and Southfork is a community I recommend often for buyers who want a gated feel and mountain views without moving all the way out to the newer master plans. It’s established, but it hasn’t lost its character.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas since I was five years old. I’ve watched this valley grow from a small town into what it is now, and I’ve built my career in real estate here. If you’re thinking about a move, I’d love to talk it through with you.
