What Elkhorn Springs Is Actually Like
The short version, then the details.
Elkhorn Springs is a northwest valley neighborhood built out between 1996 and 2008, made up of several named sub-sections including the Meadows, Mountainaire, Briarhill and Orchard Valley.
The nature and mountain themed street names throughout, Ponderosa, Preserves, Orchard Valley among them, give the neighborhood a distinct feel even though it’s made up of several smaller HOAs rather than one master association.
I’ve lived in Las Vegas since I was five, and this stretch of Centennial Hills, just south of Floyd Lamb Park, has always felt a little more tucked away than the busier corridors nearby. Elkhorn Springs sits right in that quieter pocket.
It’s positioned near Cimarron Road, Buffalo Drive and Durango Drive, with Montecito Marketplace close by for everyday shopping.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas since I was five years old. I’ve watched this valley grow from a small town into what it is now, and I’ve built my career in real estate here. If you’re thinking about a move, I’d love to talk it through with you.
