The Clubhouse and Golf Course
Boasting a host of amenities, Sun City MacDonald Ranch has a clubhouse that occupies 36,000 square-feet. The Desert Willow includes a gym, dance studio, aerobics studio, ballroom, billiards room, a library and meeting rooms. On the property are bocce ball courts, tennis courts, and a pool and spa area. With walking and bike trails, residents enjoy an array of activities.
The Desert Willow Golf Course is located here. At 3,800 yards with a par 60, residents can enjoy a challenging course. The adjacent Willow Restaurant offers casual dining for its residents and their guests.
The Homes and Lifestyle
There is a large assortment of homes at Sun City MacDonald Ranch. With just over 2,500 single-family homes and villas, the square footage ranges from 1,000 square feet to about 2,000 square feet. Homes boast of having open kitchens, large closets and casitas. Association fees are paid based on maintenance requirements and there are standard annual assessment fees and quarterly fees for maintenance.
A community director helps to ensure that there are several community events, group trips, youth organizations and themed events for residents and their guests to partake of. About 30-minutes from two shopping mall areas, residents can shop, run their errands and take classes. Given the close proximity of the Las Vegas Strip, it’s also quite easy to catch a show and gamble, making this one of the most sought after destinations in Las Vegas.
