What Makes It Different
A Rose for Every Lady
It’s a tradition here that goes back decades. Every woman at the table is presented with a long-stemmed rose when she sits down. Small touch, but it sets the tone for the whole evening.
The Salad Cart and the Hot Rock
Your server rolls a cart right up to the table and builds your salad in front of you. Hugo’s Hot Rock is the appetizer to order if you want a show, tenderloin, swordfish, chicken, and shrimp cooked right on a sizzling granite slab at your table.
Bananas Foster, Flambeed Tableside
Between courses you get chocolate-dipped fruit with whipped cream, on the house. For dessert, ask for the Bananas Foster or Cherries Jubilee and watch your server light it up right next to you.
Steaks, Lobster, and Old-School Classics
Think char-broiled steaks aged 21 days, Australian lobster tail, Beef Wellington, and rack of lamb, the kind of continental steakhouse menu Vegas was built on. Menu items shift from time to time, so check the current menu before you go.
