There is plenty to enjoy at Downtown Summerlin Events. There are 125 restaurants and stores that include entertainment joints, dining spaces, shopping malls, offices, hotel and a multi-family residential. There are numerous spaces within the complex where you can enjoy group activities with your family, friends or colleagues.
Downtown Summerlin is the most expansive retail development project in the United States since the 2008-09 recession. It consists of 1.4 million square foot of mixed-use spaces for use by the residents and visitors.
Of all activities, the most striking has to be the Luckey Climber which is a design by kid architect Spencer Luckey. The climbing sculpture has a unique design that resembles an atom that is 24 feet high.
It also has more than 30 colors on the different exploration paths making it very attractive to children. It has different protons, neutrons and electrons designs, which when coupled with children’s energy makes it an experience like no other.
The Luckey Climber can be found close to GAP under the pavilion and opens for the public freely between 8am-9pm daily.
