The master plan broke ground on Huckleberry Park with the first phase opening in 2014. This would be the community’s third park after the Knickerbocker and Promenade Park. Kids can stop and play in the park after school, or the family can go for a leisurely bike ride on a lazy afternoon. Huckleberry has a full basketball court, small and large dog parks, an outdoor stage arena, swings, shade Ramada, a multi-use events field and a picnic area.
Knickerbocker is the most recently opened 15-acre park that has play areas for children between 2 to 5 years and 5 to 12 years. The park’s features include a splash pad, multi-use events field, swing set, youth baseball field, picnic areas and jogging paths having exercise stations. There’s also a dog park with both large and small dog areas.
