Community

You can rest assured that Providence offers all the modern amenities and comforts you would expect from a glamorous home. You will definitely find everything necessary to make a new house feel like a home at Providence.

The neighborhoods and parks are gated, and there are controlled entrances for bicycles, pedestrians, and automobiles. Providence is a pet-friendly community given the dog parks available are amenities that are hard to find close to homes in Las Vegas neighborhoods.

Residents of Providence have access to a community open space, neighborhood centers and recreational amenities unmatched to any other master planned community. Providence welcomes everyone to share in their tradition through their entertainment venues, community schools, retail outlets and offices as well additional dining and shopping venues.

Parks

The master plan broke ground on Huckleberry Park with the first phase opening in 2014. This would be the community’s third park after the Knickerbocker and Promenade Park. The park draws its name from “Huckleberry Finn” a classic Mark Twain character and is an ideal spot for all residents to meet irrespective of their ages, socialize and enjoy.

Kids can stop and play in the park after school, or the family can go for a leisurely bike ride on a lazy afternoon. Huckleberry has a full basketball court, small and large dog parks, an outdoor stage arena, swings, shade Ramada, a multi-use events field and a picnic area.

Knickerbocker is the most recently opened 15-acre park that has play areas for children between 2 to 5 years and 5 to 12 years. The park’s features include a splash pad, multi-use events field, swing set, youth baseball field, picnic areas and jogging paths having exercise stations. There’s also a dog park with both large and small dog areas.

Development

Providence was built by one of America’s top home-builders: Focus Property group (which is a Las Vegas company with vast real estate experience and extensive roots in Southern Nevada).

They are guided by a unique vision that seeks to promote responsibility by including a role for the land in which master plans are created. Their research has led to the lush appealing landscape at Providence as a result of the extensive palette of desert flora.

Focus’ incessant evaluation of design techniques and eco-friendly technological innovations has made this possible without wasting water. At the core of Focus’ mission is a directive to create new communities with a sense of character and depth ingrained in the design.

This is evident by the 4,000 trees that line the neighborhoods and streets of Providence and adorns its parks. There are even monuments and signs that are reminiscent of the emphatic American tradition.

Focus struggles to ensure that their philosophy serves as the pillar of the providence’s lifestyle and not just the physical design aesthetics. It introduces a way of life that carries you and your family into the future.
