Built in 1996 by Del Webb and Pulte, there are about 540 different types of homes in Lake Las Vegas South Shore including villas, condos, town homes and single family homes. Prices range from $240,000 to about $3,750,000. With various types of floor plans available, homes range from about 1,800 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Private docks are available for waterfront homes and there is a separate area with a marina that rents canoes, kayaks, boats and jet skis. Boat slip rentals are also available for home owners that don’t have waterfront access.
