The Enclave (Subdivision Country Club Hills) is a small gated community in the Summerlin area of the beautiful Las Vegas valley. Summerlin as been an unusually tight-knit and exclusive community since the land on which it sits was first acquired by Howard Hughes in the 50s. It is divided into numerous small-scale villages and guard gated communities. Country Club Hills takes that exclusivity a step further; comprising just 180 Christopher Homes semi-custom built homes that adhere to special criteria requiring homes to be visually attractive and distinct from all four sides. Tree and desert plant lined streets and pristine landscaping, maintained by a very active community association, add to the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.
The Enclave is within walking distance of The Trails Village Center shopping complex where you can find grocery and specialty shops, banks and a number of coffee places and restaurants. It is also a hub for seasonal Summerlin activities such as arts festivals, craft markets, parades and other social events. Other Summerlin amenities include a Tournament Players Club (TPC) golf course designed by Bobby Weed and Fuzzy Zoeller (many of the homes in an additional gated section within Country Club Hills called The Enclave back onto this pristine PGA-sanctioned course), public library, community pool and tennis courts. The Summerlin Parkway is nearby for fast access to other areas of the valley and Summerlin Hospital is less than two miles away.
For the nature-lover, the region has much to offer: biking and hiking trails and close proximity to the spectacular Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. All this and desert skies, a consistently excellent climate and abundant natural beauty make the area highly desirable. The master planned community of Summerlin could be a perfect home base for anyone requiring security, superior amenities and a peaceful, clean, sun-kissed environment.
